For those of you who have an Indian bank account, you can pay using net banking facility of Citrus payment gateway.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. An online real–time authorization is done through the payment gateway.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL MY ORDER BE BILLED IN?

All domestic orders are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and international orders in US Dollars (USD). For international transactions, your card statement will show the amount in your local currency as well as converted from USD at the prevailing rate of exchange.

CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Billing address should be the same as the address on your credit card for successful payment processing.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

After you make your selection and checkout an auto confirmation will be send to your mail.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR OCTROI OR ENTRY TAXES IN CASE OF DOMESTIC SHIPPING IN INDIA?

Our prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. You will not be charged more than the price mentioned on the website. Additional Duties & Taxes are only applicable to international shipping.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Subject to goods being in stock, domestic shipment across India typically takes 4-5 working days while international shipment takes 8-10 working days, depending on the country.

In case your selection is out of stock, you will be contacted by our team on when the stock will be available next. If the date is not suitable, you have the option of changing the selection or canceling the order for a full refund.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We partner with the best shipping agencies, like Aramex and Fedex, to ensure your orders reach you safe and on time.

CAN I SHIP DIFFERENT ITEMS IN MY ORDER TO DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESSES?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order multiple items and ship to different addresses, please book these as separate orders.

CAN MY ORDER SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

Atmosphere does not ship to Post Office Boxes.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS CHARGES IN CASE OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

All prices for International deliveries are inclusive of freight, but exclusive of duty and all other port charges that are to be paid at destination.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

CAN I EMAIL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can email us your order at CustomerAssistance@atmospheredirect.com. Payment for such orders can be made offline.

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

You can modify your order during the shopping process by editing your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment, the only way to change your order would be to contact us by mail immediately.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

No order may be cancelled without our prior consent. All cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Orders placed that are in transit cannot be cancelled. Any order requiring special production cannot be cancelled.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All products sold are either made or cut as per order placed and hence products once sold/dispatched cannot be returned. Color matching and design repeat vary from lot-to-lot and returns will not be accepted on this ground. We are not responsible for any damage arising in transit. Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned at any of our retail stores. Please read Terms of Sale for more on our Return Policy.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURNED PRODUCTS?

When a return is approved, in exceptional cases a refund will be credited to the credit /debit card used for making the original purchase within 21 days. A 25% handling fee will be applicable to all returns. A refund confirmation mail will be sent to you. Please read Terms of Sale for more on our Return Policy.
